The 78th Army Band flooded the Rehoboth Beach, Delaware community with a variety of musical tunes, Aug. 18. The band performs throughout the year in several venues across the 99th Readiness Division region, providing the local communities a taste of what the U.S. Army Reserve has to offer through their musical talents.
