During a week in August of 2019, elements from the 211th aviation regiment out of West Jordan Utah, came to the unique testing and training ranges of Dugway Proving Ground to conduct a live fire exercise.
The unit came to Dugway with a detachment of AH-64D Apache attack helicopters and rounds to shoot to hone their skills in flight maneuver, target acquisition and target destruction.
