A Coast Guard aircrew medevaced a 65-year-old man with reported breathing difficulty from a tanker vessel 265 miles southeast of Wilmington, N.C., Aug. 9, 2019. The aircrew hoisted the man and transported him to the New Hanover Regional Hospital. U.S Coast Guard video.
