Karissa Kvam of the 446th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron simulates providing Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) during combined training exercise Tropic Halo 2019 with Navy personnel from Operational Hospital Support Unit (OHSU) Bremerton, Wash. here at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Wash. The exercise supports the mission of military medicine by providing operational readiness training and health service support in a joint environment which is critical in a wartime setting. The exercise will run from August 5-15, 2019 at various JBLM locations.
