    30th NCR, Guam Locals participate in 75th Liberation Day Parade

    AGANA, Guam (July 21, 2019) Sailors assigned to 30th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR), Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, NMCB 4, and Commander, Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific, participate in the 75th Liberation Day Parade with their sister city of Barrigada. Seabees from 30 NCR and NMCB 133 volunteered to help the village of Barrigada build their Liberation Day float. 30 NCR and Barrigada work together on projects benefiting the residents of Barrigada and the Seabees assigned to 30 NCR through the sister village program. This year marks the 75th anniversary of Guam’s liberation from Japanese occupation by United States forces during World War II. (U.S. Navy video by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Kelsey L.
