Gen. Maryanne Miller, Air Mobility Commander, addresses Gold Star families during the Dyess Memorial Park dedication. The Dyess community raised $600,000 to build a memorial honoring the fallen members from the base's history, including the members of TORQE 62, a tragedy that occurred on Oct. 2, 2015. The unique architecture of the memorial casts light on the service members' plaque during the hour they made the ultimate sacrifice. (with closed captions)
