U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District survey crew, assisted by Plaquemine Parish air boat crews, took to the sky to inspect the New Orleans to Venice Non-Federal Levee project following Hurricane Barry, July 15, 2019.
Drone video will help inform the technical team where damage on the levee occurred or where additional inspections will be needed. The New Orleans District is moving dirt on the New Orleans to Venice Non-Federal Levee project and is committed to delivering this project as quickly as possible.
