Fort Sill has just begun a four month pilot study (start date:20190617). Starting with a week long Performance Enhancement Foundation Course, leaders attending the course and their units will then be studied for the subsequent 4 months. The course provides first line leaders with 40 hours of comprehensive training on subjects such as nutrition, motivation, sleep, fitness, stretching, and more. After recieving the course, leaders are expected to propagate this information throughout their organizations to affect APFT scores, injuries, profiles, fitness, morale, and overall health. If succesful, this course may be implemented on Fort Sill as a new required program of instruction.
