Exercise TRADEWINDS 19 concluded with a ceremony at the Victoria Park in Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on June 21, 2019.
In its 35th year, 22 nations participated in Exercise TRADEWINDS to promote regional security as well as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.
