Ian Parker, the lead instructor for the staff training event who is with the U.S. Global Peace Operations Initiative, explains the importance of multinational forces coming together to learn the same standard of peacekeeping operations during Khaan Quest 2019 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, June 17, 2019. Khaan Quest is a multinational exercise co-sponsored by U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and hosted annually by the Mongolian Armed Forces.
