Lieutenant Gen. Brian D. Beaudreault will assume command of the II Marine Expeditionary Force from Lt. Gen. Robert F. Hedelund during a change of command ceremony on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Thursday, June 13, 2019. Most recently, Beaudreault served as the deputy commandant for Plans, Policies, and Operations at the Pentagon, and Hedelund will begin his next position at U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM) in Norfolk, Virginia, in mid-June.
