U.S. Marines from Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment took part in Heloborne Sniper Training aboard Camp Hanson, Japan on May 15, 2019. This training is done so that the Marines become familiar with firing the sniper rifle from a moving helicopter and then debarking the helicopter to assault a specific target or position.
