McAleenan and Coast Guard Commandant Karl Schultz presents 10 Purple Heart Medals to descendants of the USS TAMPA during a Memorial Day Observance ceremony at Coast Guard headquarters. Also during the event, the Coast Guard Purple Heart Memorial Wall will be on display.
