The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, bid a fond farewell to the district's Deputy Commander, Lt. Col. Patrick Yoder, during a retirement ceremony held at he U.S.S. Alabama Memorial Park in Mobile, Ala.
Lt. Col. Yoder retired after 30 years of faithful service.
