Soldiers and airmen from across the country participate in Vibrant Response 19. The exercise tests the U.S. Army’s ability to respond to real world nuclear catastrophes. The multi-component exercise assesses the Army’s chemical biological radiological and nuclear readiness and abilities. The practical exercise provides the soldiers and airmen with improved skills and abilities to assist, clean and give comfort to those in need after experiencing a nuclear fallout.
