CBP, United States Border Patrol, Yuma sector video showing a group of 39 aliens (primarily comprised of family Units from Central American) surrendering to agents, being used as a diversionary tactic by a Transnational Criminal Organization to smuggle 4 other aliens attempting to evade detection. That group of 4 males (3 adults males and 1 male minor from Central America) was subsequently arrested.
