The Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Mike Stevens sat down with Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Brandie Wills for his first segment of Zeroing in on Excellence, an ongoing series of open discussion about the state of our Navy. The first discussion focuses on the process of developing Navy leaders. MCPON said his vision for CPO 365 was to start a process of chiefs training first classes to be chiefs, who would then train second classes, who would train third classes, who would train seamen to become noncommissioned officers.
