Maj. Roger Garcia, who serves as the Civil Affairs section chief of the 18th Medical Command, speaks during a basic health screening at the Peleliu Health Dispensary, in Peleliu, Palau April 15, 2018, as part of Exercise Palau. The exercise is sponsored by U.S. Army Pacific and hosted by the nation of Palau, and strengthens the U.S. and Palau relationships, and contributes to a free and open Indo-Pacific. The exercise will run from April 13th - 19th 2019, and includes several security cooperation training events as well as community and animal health outreach services at several sites including Koror, Peleliu and Angaur.
