U.S. Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, utilize an Expeditionary Mobile Fuel Additization Capability system to validate the ability to inject the appropriate amounts of additive to fuel used to operate military aircraft at Subic Bay, Philippines on April 8, 2019 during Exercise Balikatan 2019. Balikatan, in its 35th iteration, is an annual U.S.-Philippine military training focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, counter-terrorism, and other combined military operations held from April 1 to April 12.
