Soldiers and family members gathered March 29, 2019 at Caserma Del Din in Vicenza, Italy, as 106th Financial Management Support Unit, 173rd Airborne Brigade, said farewell to Capt. Wesley S. Tudor and welcomed Capt. Matthew A. Brown in a change of command ceremony. The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the U.S. Army Contingency Response Force in Europe, capable of projecting ready forces anywhere in the U.S. European, Africa or Central Commands' areas of responsibility.
