Soldiers with the 1st Battalion, 44th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, recently performed Patriot Missle unit jump operations training in Kuwait. The MIM-104 Patriot surface-to-air missile system is designed to destroy hostile rockets or aircraft. Jump operations include moving to and establishing a new site.
