U.S. Soldiers assigned to the 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion, Functional Specialty Cell’s (FxSP) veterinary team, deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, explain how they are innovating Veterinary Civil Action Projects (VETCAP) to focus on a “one health” approach across the country of Djibouti, March 3, 2019.
