Pfc. Trevon Golden of St. Louis, Missouri, competed in the Student Chef of the Year category during the 44th Annual Joint Culinary Training Exercise at Fort Lee, Virginia March 12. The exercise, administered by the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence, is the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned exercise in North America. This event showcases the talent of more than 200 military chefs from all military services around the globe to include four international teams. Golden serves as a culinary specialists in 526th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). (U.S. Army video by Sgt. 1st Class E.L. Craig).
