Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert Wilkie issues a video message January 25, 2019, to Veterans Affairs employees and our stakeholder audiences to support the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War Commemoration program led by the Department of Defense. The video was posted on VA.gov social media pages. In particular, SEC Wilkie focused on National Vietnam War Veterans Day on March 29th. Across the nation, VA planned and executed events to thank and honor Vietnam Veterans, families and their survivors for their service and sacrifices during the Vietnam War era.
