Members of the Coast Guard Cutter Tezanos (WPC-1118) Petty Officer Second Class Nathan Conti and Petty Officer Third Class Samuel Abbot talk Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 about how they manage to prevent casualties on the cutter. The fast response cutters being commissioned in the U.S. Coast Guard are named after a Coast Guard hero and are designed to carry out search and rescue, maritime illegal drug interdictions, illegal migrant interdictions, national defense and security, protection of living marine resources and other Coast Guard missions.
