    Coast Guard crews commission the Coast Guard Cutter Terrell Horne during a ceremony at Coast Guard Base Los Angeles/Long Beach in San Pedro, California, March 22, 2019. The Horne is the service’s 31st Sentinel-class Fast Response Cutter and is named after Senior Chief Petty Officer Terrell Horne, who perished December 2, 2012 during the interdiction of a smuggling vessel off the California coast as a crewmember aboard Coast Guard Cutter Halibut.
