Theile Fred Harvey, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served in the Battles of Iwo Jima, Vella Lavella, and the Bougainville and Solomon Island Campaigns gives an interview in Tumuning, Guam, March 21, 2019. Harvey is one of a dozen World War II veterans who will take part in the 74th Reunion of Honor, March 23 on Iwo To. The reunion remembers veterans who fought for their respective countries on Iwo-To's hallowed ground. Their sacrifice inspired peace, security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
