Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, and Sailors work together to off-load equipment to be used during Exercise Balikatan 2019. Balikatan is an annual, bilateral exercise sponsored by the U.S. Army Pacific and hosted by the Philippine Army that contributes to and enhances U.S. and Philippine defense readiness and tactical interoperability while strengthening multinational relationships.
