Raymond Thomas III, Commander U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn, and Army Col. Cary Harbaugh, director of Care Coalition at USSOCOM along with equipment displays, and demonstrations for competition equipment and parachute landing.
