African Partnership Flight is the embodiment of U.S. Air Forces Africa’s dedication to its African partners. APF Rwanda 2019 entailed a series of multi-disciplinary courses and workshops which focused on various aspects of aviation safety. It also included a number of cultural exchanges and engagements which promoted goodwill through mutual interests. APF Rwanda 2019 took place in Kigali, Rwanda from 4-8 March, 2019 and was co-hosted by the U.S. Air Force and the Rwanda Defence Force.
