McAleenan and United States Border Patrol Chief of Operations Brian Hastings discuss the current migration trends the agency encounters, emphasizing the large uptick in apprehensions along the Southwest Border. Additionally, the Commissioner will discuss plans for a new central processing center in El Paso.

CBP also address the Fiscal Year 2018 Border Security Report, which, when compared to fiscal year 2019 statistics, will further illustrate the growing threat.
