The bedrock of the Army has always been trust, dignity, and respect. A large part of these values are understanding your team and their various cultures. The Army helps us accomplish this through the various observances that each installation hosts. Here at the 10th Mountain Division, we understand that these observances solidify our cohesion and mutual trust, which keeps us ready now and relevant tomorrow.
