Marine Corps Order 6100.13A states that you must have a current Physical Health Assessment (PHA) to run your PFT or CFT? Failure to run your PFT or CFT will result in a "required, did not take" entry on your FitRep and will result in being non-recommended for promotion or an adverse FitRep. No one wants those things so get your PHA done.
By the way, it could take up to six weeks to schedule your PHA Naval Health Clinic Quantico so you better get going!
