Members of the 31st Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron work to pave a flight line on Nigerien Air Base 201, Niger. The flight line is the largest Air Force led construction project in recent history, and will expand the global reach of the Air Force on continental Africa, to bring peace and stability to the region by combating violent extremist organizations.
