A rescue swimmer from Air Station Elizabeth City is lowered down to the crew of the fishing vessel Amanda Ashley Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, approximately 70 miles east of Cape Henry, Virginia. A 53-year-old man was medevaced off the vessel in an MH-65 Jayhawk helicopter from Air Station Elizabeth City after he reported shortness of breath.
