MICLIC stands for Mine Clearing LIne Charge. It is a dynamic breaching tool used by the 91st Brigade Engineer Battalion (Sabers) Combat Engineers. It's job is simple...Clear explosives by using more explosives. It's effective, the Soldiers who employ it are professional and it gets the job done. Combined Reesolve XI Phase II was the perfect opportunity for the Sabers of the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, and their partnering unity 2-5 CAV, to practice their skill craft of breaching and manuevering through the breach.
