A Coast Guard aircrew aboard an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from Sector Columbia River medically evacuated an ill man off the motor vessel Garnet Leader 25 miles off Willapa Bay, Wash., Jan. 11, 2019.

The ill man is a 29-year-old Ukrainian national who was suffering from severe abdominal pain while serving as the second engineer was transported to Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria.
