U.S. Army Soldier Private 1st. Class Alysa Hendley assigned to the 91st Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division is from Kenosha, Wisconsin and along with being new to the Army, is spending her first Christmas away from home as part of Atlantic Resolve in Europe. Her mom understanding that she's not alone in the heartache of being seperated from family due to ovrseas service during the holidays, made sure that not only her daughter got a touch of home via a holiday care package, but several of her Saber battle buddies as well. Just in time for Christmas.
