A Coast Guard aircrew, aboard an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter, medically evacuated an ill Filipino man off a containership, 85 miles off the coast of Cape Flattery, Wash., Dec. 20, 2018.

The OOCL New York was in route to South Korea from Seattle when the captain of the vessel requested aide for the ill man.
