Sergeant Patrick Sunderman, an Farmington, Minnesota native, sends an Army shout out back home. Sunderman was recruited into the Army in 2016 to specifically compete on the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit's International Rifle Team, which is located at Fort Benning, Georgia.
Sunderman, who is a qualified Artilleryman, won a Gold Medal at this summer's Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) National Championship event in Camp Perry, Ohio in the conventional prone rifle match.
He was a four-time NCAA National Champion while competing for the West Virginia University Rifle Team.
