Buffalo District used a R.O.V. - Remotely Operated Vehicle to scan the North Gate area of the Black Rock Lock. USACE employees surveyed for silt build-up and lodged debris that will need to be removed prior to closing the gates in preparation for repairs from within the channel, December 10, 2018.
