Crewmembers of fishing vessel Bulldog work on the deck and tending cables during a Coast Guard boarding on May 31, 2014 off the coast of Massachusetts. Thomas Simpson, the master of the vessel, disregarded orders from the Coast Guard boarding officer and released his fishing nets completely from the vessel, allowing the nets to sink.
