The Air National Guard looks for ways to help a specialized group known as Battlefield Airmen to improve their combat skills. The Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center already hosts Southern Strike, a large scale annual military training exercise. The recent debut of Operation Murky Waters launches a new era of creating smaller, more frequent exercises for Battlefield Airmen. Public Affairs Specialist A. Danielle Thomas explains.
