Army Maj. Gen. Linda Singh, adjutant general of the Maryland National Guard, looks back on the 25 year history of the DoD's State Partnership Program, which pairs National Guard elements with partner nations worldwide. The Maryland National Guard is one of the original three partnerships formed in 1993 at the beginning of the program and currently has partnerships with Estonia and Bosnia-Herzegovnia.
