Brooks, who served as commander of the United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and United States Forces Korea since April of 2016, passed his responsibilities to the new commander, General Robert B. Abrams on November 8, 2018. The Change of Command Ceremony was held at Barker Field on US Army Garrison Humphreys.
