U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Ben Blaz (Ret), will have Marine Corps base in Guam named in honor of him, Nov. 15, 2018, Guam. Blaz who is the first Guam native to ever reach the rank of brigadier general and become a representative for Guam in Congress will have a Marine Corps base in Guam named after him for his honorary service.
