Throughout his 25 years of service Butler reflects on what made him join the Army, some memorable experiences, what his idea of leadership entails and his plan after retirement. MSG Allan Alexander, discusses the impact Butler had on his military career and what set him apart from other leaders. December 1, 2018 marks the official day that Sergeant Major Butler is honorably retired from the United States Army.
