Soldiers from 1st Armored Cavalry Division and 264th CSSB load a Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH) for Transport to the southwest border. A RTCH is a large military vehicle that is being used to load and unload heavy cargo from transit vehicles in support of U.S Northern Command's military support to the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection to secure the southern border of the United States.
