A C-32 assigned to the 89th Airlift Wing was dedicated to Medal of Honor recipient U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. John A. Chapman on Oct, 26, 2018 at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Chapman, a Special Tactics combat controller, was killed in action on March 4, 2002, and posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor on August 22, 2018, at a ceremony in Washington, D.C.
