Soldiers from the 2nd Multinational Engineer Battalion German Explosive
Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team conduct a scenario based training exercise at
Camp Rødsmoen in Rena, Norway for Exercise TRIDENT JUNCTURE 2018 on
October 26, 2018. The two EOD team members simulated receiving intelligence
that unexploded potential improvised explosive devices (IED) were in the area
and were called to action to neutralize any potential threat. The soldiers went
through the regulated processes to build small explosive charges to detonate the
possible IED’s.
